POWER

You will have access to ONE outlet of 110v power.  Your outlet may be behind your neighbor’s booth. You must bring all extension cords.  

IF YOU USE TOO MUCH POWER:

The breaker trips.  Sometimes not to just your booth, but also the booths around you.  Unlike the breakers in your house, these can take 20 minutes or more to cool before they can be reset.

Also note that these breakers are designed to only be reset twice.  After that they need to be replaced.  The company does not stay onsite, so this could take HOURS.  

If you want you and your neighbors to not be in the dark, follow these important rules:

THESE WILL IMMEDIATELY BLOW YOUR POWER:

SPACE HEATERS

Doesn't matter how small, this will blow your power.  Space heaters are strictly forbidden!  Because we're jerks? No, because we want you and your neighbors to have power.  

IF YOU PLUG IN A SPACE HEATER IT WILL BLOW THE POWER TO YOUR WHOLE ROW.

HALLOGEN LIGHTS

These will blow your power.  Plus, they are a fire hazard.  Do yourself a favor and get LED work lights instead.  Available at any hardware or Home Depot-like store.  

APPLIANCES

Small or large, they take up too much power and will leave you in the dark!  Hair drier, coffee maker, small fridge, etc, etc.

THESE ARE GOOD!

LED LIGHTS:

These are great and take almost no power at all.  You can light up your booth like the Griswold’s and probably still be ok.  

INCANDESCENT LIGHTS:

CAREFUL!

Some incandescent lights are ok.  Too many will blow the power.  Do yourself a favor and use LED.

SMALL ELECTRONICS:

Your laptop, square base, iPad/tablet and cell phone charger are all within the normal usage.
