TENT REQUIREMENT *

I understand that a 10x10 tent is the ONLY size allowed. It can be any color and must have FOUR sides and FOUR weights (min 40 lbs per side).

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT *

Fri 6pm-midnight, Sat 11am-midnight, Sun 11am-9pm

I understand that all artists are required to be present and open during the hours of the event (listed above).

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT *

I understand that the booth payment of $525 is due on or before August 15.

CHOOSE BOOTH *

Artists are given the OPTION to choose their booth location for an extra fee.

I understand this optional upgrade will be made available AFTER booth payment deadline. Typically, artists are notified about this on the first week of September.
